Job summary

Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is seeking a Therapy Intake Coordinator to join the Therapy Services Team. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking therapy, guiding them through intake, coordinating schedules and ensuring paperwork is complete.

You will oversee progression from waiting list to ongoing therapy, working with the Therapy Services Team Lead to provide a client-centred service in a busy environment. This 2-year contract offers a salary of €62,000 full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through intake process and answer initial questions.
• Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Oversee progression from waiting list to ongoing therapy with Therapy Services Team Lead.
• Serve as first point of contact to create a welcoming, client-centred experience.
