Majestic Restaurant Limited T/A Camile Thai is a busy Thai restaurant in Dublin seeking a sous chef to lead and coordinate kitchen operations. You will supervise cooks, train staff, and uphold HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards while managing ingredient orders and stock control.

The role requires 5–6 years of experience in a fast-paced Thai kitchen, strong teamwork, and excellent organisation. Hours: 39 per week; remuneration: €37,000 per year.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise cooks and workers in food preparation.
