Job summary

Softest Consulting Services Limited is looking for an experienced Test & Release Manager in Dublin, Ireland. The role is hybrid and on a permanent/rolling contract with a competitive day rate. You will lead testing activities, manage releases, and coordinate across programme teams.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in test management, strong release management experience, and excellent stakeholder communication. Applicants should be residing in Ireland or the EU with appropriate permissions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Test Management.
• Strong experience in Release Management and release coordination.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end testing activities.
• Experience coordinating testing across programme and project teams.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, configuration-based implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for major banking initiatives.
• Oversee Release Management and release coordination across teams.
• Develop and track test plans, schedules and defect reports.
• Coordinate testing across programme and project teams and vendors.

Our client, a leading banks in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Test & Release Manager to work in Dublin, Ireland.
