Job summary

PPG is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Munster region in Ireland. You will develop and execute a territory strategy to drive growth, manage a sales portfolio, and visit customers weekly with substantial travel.

You should have at least 2 years in field sales, be proficient in Salesforce and Client Link, and excel in communication and negotiation. A company car and strong bonus potential accompany a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years field sales experience in trade or retail preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Client Link or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory and travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory strategy to drive growth in sales, margin and market share.
• Manage a sales portfolio with an annual target and provide tailored coating solutions.
• Visit customers weekly to maintain relationships and drive growth (approx. 80% travel).
• Utilize PPG’s sales tools (Salesforce, Client Link) to manage interactions and processes.
• Provide market and technical expertise to strengthen PPG’s presence in the territory.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, margin and budget delivery.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service standards.
