Job summary

All About is a fast-growing beverages company in Ireland, driving kombucha and live sodas to market. We seek a Territory Sales Representative to own the Dublin and Leinster territory, win new accounts, and ensure listings are visible and selling through.

The role is hands-on, with ownership of a large territory, reporting to the Commercial Manager and collaborating with founders and senior leadership. You’ll work across grocery, cafés and independent retailers, with a clear path to career growth

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience in FMCG, drinks, food, convenience or hospitality sectors.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and build relationships.
• Strong follow-up, organisation and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Win new customers across grocery, convenience, cafés and independent retail.
• Increase distribution across Dublin and Leinster.
• Build relationships with store managers, owners and buyers and drive repeat orders.
• Plan efficient weekly sales routes and manage territory like a business.
• Take ownership of monthly and quarterly territory targets.
