Job summary

Circle VHA is seeking a Tenancy Services Officer to be the first point of contact for tenants and communities. You will manage lettings, engage with tenants, and work with partners to deliver high-quality housing services.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in administration or 2 years' experience.
• Strong written and verbal English with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or call centre environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and let properties following policies.
• Engage with tenants and partners to deliver high-quality services.
• Carry out affordability and tenancy assessments.
• Support tenancy app, website and social channels and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate information across IT systems and records.
• Attend tenant meetings and contribute to service improvement.
