Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Housing Officer to provide a visible, customer‑focussed housing management service across our locality. You will manage lettings, strive to meet KPI targets, and ensure regulatory standards are maintained.

Working with the Housing Services Team Leader, you will promote pride in communities, implement housing policies, support safeguarding, and coordinate with external partners to deliver timely tenancy services.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or housing management is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to interpret tenancy agreements and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible housing management presence across identified localities.
• Oversee lettings in line with key performance indicators.
• Ensure properties are managed in line with tenancy agreements and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Lettings Team to minimise void rental loss and support speedy relets.
• Promote resident engagement and ensure high standards of customer service and safety.
