Job summary

Circle Voluntary Housing Association seeks a Tenancy Services Officer to manage lettings, allocations and tenant engagement across our communities in Ireland. You will work with tenants, local partners and internal teams to deliver a high-quality, tenant-first service.

Key duties include processing lettings, affordability assessments, tenancy signups, annual inspections, and handling complaints with a customer-centred approach. Strong IT, written English and GDPR awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in administration or 2 years' experience.
• 1 year experience working in a customer service or call centre environment.
• Application of in-house, multi-discipline IT packages.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and let properties in accordance with policies.
• Carry out affordability and sustainability assessments.
• Register tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board.
• Investigate, respond to complaints and ensure high-quality service.
