Job summary

Respond, a leading Approved Housing Body, invites applications for a Community and Tenant Engagement & Sustainment Officer in the Dublin region. The role focuses on embedding tenant engagement within service delivery and empowering tenants to influence local decisions.

You will lead the Tenant Engagement framework, develop participation mechanisms, provide one-to-one support, and collaborate with Tenant Relations Officers to improve outcomes and prevent tenancy issues.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in housing or related discipline desirable.
• Demonstrable experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Hands-on experience in community support delivery and tenancy support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Respond's Tenant Engagement framework within the Dublin area.
• Develop structured tenant participation mechanisms, such as forums and panels.
• Provide targeted one-to-one tenant support to sustain tenancies.
• Embed engagement within tenancy and estate management practices.
• Promote inclusive engagement and remove participation barriers.
• Report progress, participation and impact at local and organisational levels.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records of engagement activity and tenant interactions.
