Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant in Ireland. The role involves helping customers, maintaining an appealing store and processing purchases at tills. You will also unload deliveries, price items and ensure the shop meets high standards.

Availability includes 2 weekday evenings (3pm–10pm), full weekends, and public holidays. Competitive hourly pay and an in-store discount are offered to support your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing in-store experience and assist with sizes, purchases or returns.
• Set up an attractive shop floor, tidy fitting rooms and well-organised stockroom.
• Deliver fast, friendly till service and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive deliveries, price items, and ensure high standards on shop floor.

Part-Time Retail Assistant

Join our team on a part-time contract (11.5 to 14 hours per week).

Availability required:

• Minimum of 2 weekday evening shifts (Mon-Fri) between 3pm and 10pm
• Full availability on Saturdays and Sundays between 7am and 10pm
• Availability to work Public Holidays, including St. Stephen's Day (26/12/26) and New Year's Day (01/01/27)

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
