Lex Consultancy is seeking an Account Manager for a temporary six‑month assignment to support beauty retail partners across Ireland. The role combines office-based relationship management with regular visits to retailers, handling orders, stock, invoicing, and retailer requirements.

You will drive trade sales targets, maintain records, assist with promotions and pricing, and ensure strong brand presentation and stock availability across partners.

Qualifications

• Temporary contract for 6 months.
• Office-based account management with field visits.
• Full clean Irish Driving licence required; mileage allowance provided.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with existing retail partners and act as the main point of contact.
• Manage orders, stock, account queries and retailer requirements.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Conduct regular store visits to review stock, merchandising and brand performance.
• Support the invoicing process with the accounts team.
• Deliver agreed Trade sales targets and grow existing accounts.
• Support promotions, pricing and commercial activity.
• Maintain accurate account and sales records and contribute to monthly commercial meetings.
• Ensure strong brand presentation, stock availability and merchandising across retail partners.
• Deliver retailer staff training to improve product knowledge and sell-through.
• Coordinate monthly retailer communications with the marketing team.
