Ballincollig Credit Union Limited is seeking a Teller/MSO to provide efficient service to members and assist with daily operations. The role reports to Office Supervisors and involves handling transactions, account openings, loan processing, and supporting new service implementations.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT and administrative skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to study relevant qualifications. This is a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract based at Ballincollig.

Formación

Multi-task in a busy team environment and work off own initiative.
Excellent IT skills and ability to adapt quickly to different IT systems.
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A relevant qualification or willingness to study for same is advantageous.
Credit Union experience or financial organisation experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Process financial transactions for members including foreign exchange.
Open new accounts for members and perform account amendments.
Take loan applications and issue loans to members.
Co-operate with management in the development and/or implementation of new services.
Comply with the policies and procedures of the credit union.
Undertake such other reasonable and lawful duties as may be directed from time to time by management.
