Job summary

Entegro, based in Ireland, seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to drive project cost control, validate supplier claims, and reconcile AFPs within a hybrid work setup. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Operations to ensure accurate commercial data and governance.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with cost tracking, governance and reporting in telecoms or large deployment projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Commercial Management or related discipline is advantageous.
Experience in QS/Commercial/Cost Management roles with supplier/subcontractor payments.
Experience validating claims against contracts, POs, specifications, rates and supporting evidence.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of project-level cost tracking from initial PO through supplier claim, validation, payment and client recovery.
Maintain cost trackers with committed, incurred, forecast and actual costs.
Track costs against budgets, variations and client commercial arrangements.
