Actavo Group in Ireland seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management and financial performance across industrial services projects, ensuring robust cost control, contract administration and risk governance.

You will partner with operations, clients and senior management to maximise contract margin, mentor surveyors, and deliver profitable project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships. A degree in Quantity Surveying and professional accreditation are desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation desirable (RICS, SCSI or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering contracts.
