Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Ireland to lead the design, acquisition, and deployment of telecom services for scalable Fulfillment Center networks. You will partner with engineering, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project plans, manage risks, and deliver operationally stable solutions.

You will influence roadmaps, define success metrics, and deliver crisp communications across EU teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs.
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking.
• Experience working across teams and influencing those not your own.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Proven experience in project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interface for the life cycle of wireless, voice and data circuits.
• Obtain circuit quotes based on validated customer requirements.
• Define infrastructure requirements and dependencies for mature products.
• Ensure circuit sizing, installation, and augmentation comply with policies.
• Manage projects, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ask technical questions to ensure appropriate trade-offs for builds.
• Lead cross-team collaboration across locations and vendors.
• Generate consolidated status reports for IT leadership.
