Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Border Deployment Program Manager to expand our Network Infrastructure team in Ireland. You will lead cross-functional, globally dispersed teams to plan, design, and deploy low-latency content delivery services across the EMEA region.

The role combines project management with networking expertise to manage schedules, constraints, and deployments, delivering edge points of presence and resilient connectivity for AWS customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks.
• PMP, CMA or related certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate customer requirements and forecast growth for services.
• Work with engineering to design the network to support requirements.
• Develop a program detailing physical infrastructure, networking, and services.
• Coordinate with Business Development to contract space in colo/edge facilities and manage deployments with engineering and installation teams.
• Oversee Internet and peering connectivity with dedicated teams and ensure edge presence delivery.
