Job summary

Hunter-Savage invites applications for a Technology Solicitor in Dublin City Centre. The role focuses on technology, data protection, privacy, AI, cybersecurity and commercial contracts for Irish and international clients.

We seek a solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE, strong drafting and client management skills, and a commercial mindset to handle complex technology matters in a leading firm environment. Hybrid working and strong mentoring are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE as a solicitor.
• Strong experience in technology, data protection, privacy, IP, commercial contracts or digital regulation.
• Experience from a commercial law firm, in-house legal team or specialist technology/privacy practice.
• Strong drafting, advisory and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Technology contracts, software licensing, SaaS agreements, outsourcing and commercial arrangements.
• Data protection, privacy and GDPR compliance.
• Cybersecurity, incident response and regulatory risk.
• AI, digital regulation and emerging technology issues.
• IP and commercialisation matters.
• Data sharing, data processing and cross-border transfer arrangements.
• Advising clients on practical, commercially focused solutions to complex technology and regulatory challenges.
• Supporting clients across technology, communications, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail and media.
