Susquehanna International in Dublin is seeking an experienced Technology Risk and Controls Analyst to join the Dublin Technology Risk team. You will identify and assess risks, strengthen controls, and deliver improvements across a portfolio of reviews, projects and ongoing activities.

You will work with technology and business teams to perform risk assessments, ensure evidence quality and drive remediation with clear reporting and escalation as needed.

Formación

• Typically 4-7 years of relevant experience in technology risk, technology controls, IT audit, operational resilience, or a technical role with substantial risk and control responsibilities.
• Experience delivering risk assessments or control reviews, producing clear findings and following remediation through to completion.
• Practical understanding of applications and infrastructure, including change management and access controls.
• Ability to assess whether evidence demonstrates that a control works and explain gaps.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and cross-system data.
• Clear written and verbal communication, turning technical info into concise assessments and recommendations.
• Good organisation, adaptability and judgement across multiple assignments.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess technology risks across applications, infrastructure and processes; contribute to risk records and self-assessments.
• Review control design and evidence; identify gaps and document findings; support audit requests.
• Drive remediation; agree actions with owners and track target dates; prepare risk reports and KRIs.
• Support resilience and lifecycle improvements; participate in continuity exercises and testing.
• Improve risk workflows, dashboards, and evidence collection using data analysis and automation.
• Collaborate on policy reviews and emerging technologies with colleagues across teams.
