Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in Dublin, Ireland seeks a seasoned Project Manager/Business Analyst to drive complex technology solutions across front, middle and back-office functions. You will partner with business teams to define requirements, translate them into actionable roadmaps, and manage end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, trading-focused environment.

The role demands a self-starter with excellent communication, strong collaboration, and a strategic mindset to ensure timely execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years project management and business analyst experience within Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of operational trade flows across multiple asset classes (equities, ETFs, options or futures).
• Experience delivering business and technology initiatives in a trading environment, including requirements, design, QA, UAT and production go-live.
• Leadership, planning, estimation and risk management skills with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Technology in cross-functional, global projects with Legal, Trading, Operations, Compliance and Risk.
• Define project scope and translate requirements into roadmaps and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and buy-in across business areas.
• Provide regular project status reports, dashboards and meeting minutes.
