Job summary

  • Manage the Warehouse Management System including shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, audits and disposition of parts.
  • Unload, pick, and pack orders for shipment locally, within the EU and outside the EU.
  • Maintain precise inventory records for all inbound and outbound commodities.

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment through reuse, repair, and recycling. We are a stand‑alone company within the Amazon corporate family that provides services to other Amazon companies. Operating in Dublin, Ireland, we specialize in handling valuable electronic equipment originally used in data centers.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct failure analysis, testing, repair, sanitization, and disassembly across a variety of data center IT server and networking equipment and components.
  • Manage the Warehouse Management System—including shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, audits, and disposition of parts as prescribed.
  • Unload, pick, and pack orders and parts for shipment to local, EU, and non‑EU sites.
  • Maintain precise inventory records for all inbound and outbound commodities.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordinating with a manager.
  • Ability to coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment.
  • Prior experience in IT repair, computer hardware/components, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Capability to participate in group lifts of 40 lbs or more, and willingness to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory management, and warehousing practices.
  • Reach‑truck license and commitment to a culture of safety and security.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
