Job summary

Grouper in Dublin is seeking a Technical Website Content Writer to elevate online content quality, support growth, and optimise digital materials. You will produce technical docs, user guides, and compelling product content while aligning with the brand voice and SEO best practices.

You will collaborate with design and marketing teams, manage content calendars, and tailor material for both technical and non-technical readers to accelerate sales and improve user experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technical Writing or related field preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within software or HR tech.
• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML.
• Able to create content for websites and social media.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit content to ensure quality and consistency with the style guide.
• Collaborate with designers to create banners, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Produce technical docs like product manuals, user guides, release notes, and diagrams.
• Write clear, engaging content to describe products and drive sales.
• Apply SEO best practices to maximise reach and search rankings.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
