Job summary

Production Equipment Europe is seeking a Talented Content Specialist to join our Content team on a full-time, on-site basis in Galway. You will produce and edit product descriptions, case studies and blog posts to drive sales while staying true to our house style.

Collaborate with designers and marketing to build web content, optimise for CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento and PIM, and ensure accuracy, grammar and tone across technical subjects for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Fluent English with strong grammar.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, Magento, PIM) is an advantage.
• Experience writing about technical subjects for varied audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company websites and customer portals, updating products and removing discontinued items.
• Ensure product specifications and images are accurate and high quality.
• Write clear, concise product descriptions and marketing text following house style.
• Contribute to content calendar and research industry topics for inclusion.
• Create engaging blog posts and articles.
• Produce customer-specific texts, catalogs and marketing materials with deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing on banners and materials.
• Proofread content and recommend edits.
• Prepare and upload reports for analysis.
• Support content guidelines, tone, style and voice across content.
