Job summary

LabWorks in Tralee, Co. Kerry, is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team. You will drive new business across Ireland, build strong customer relationships and coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production and Project Management to deliver tailored laboratory solutions.

You will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, present proposals and negotiate terms, with training and a structured 12-week LabWorks Sales Academy to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout Ireland.
• Identify potential customers and projects.
• Develop relationships with existing customers.
• Arrange and conduct customer meetings.
• Visit laboratory and project sites.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Identify appropriate laboratory solutions.
• Work with our Design Team on laboratory layouts.
• Work with Estimation to develop quotations.
• Present proposals to customers.
• Follow up opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial proposals.
• Close sales.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
• Ensure accurate handover of projects to Project Management.
