Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings is seeking a Technical Records Administrator to join the Engineering Team at Europe’s Largest Airline Group. Based at our Head Office in Dublin, this entry-level role offers exposure to Continuing Airworthiness Records and close collaboration with senior management responsible for 650+ aircraft.

You will sort and file maintenance records, maintain the archive, assist with record retrieval and archiving moves, in a regulated environment supporting 3,900+ daily flights and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and electronic.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sort and file maintenance records and store in the archive per procedures and regulation.
• Ensure the records archive is kept in acceptable condition for compliance.
• Assist with requests for records retrieval from the archive.
• Assist with moving records between main and satellite records archives.
