Job summary

Cylynt LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead two teams focused on data infrastructure and user-facing applications. You will drive technical vision, people management, and cross-functional delivery across product, UI/UX, and DevOps.

Two teams: Team A stacks Oracle, Oracle APEX, Pandas, Elasticsearch; Team B stacks React, Node.js, and C. You will foster a high-performance culture, conduct regular 1:1s, plan roadmaps, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in a similar engineering management role.
• Strong technical understanding of both backend and frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Oracle stack, modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React), backend services (e.g. Node.js or Python).
• Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agile methodologies, sprint management, and delivery tracking.

• Represent engineering in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Own project delivery milestones, code review practices, and risk mitigation.
• Improve monitoring, performance, and stability of both internal and external systems.
• Support incident response and reviews as needed.

You will manage:

• Team B: Focused on React, Node.js, and C

People Management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in a similar engineering management role.
