Job summary

Stelfox Limited in Dublin is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of AI/platform programs, partnering with engineering leads to plan sprints, releases and cross-team dependencies.

You will build detailed roadmaps and status reports for senior leadership, identify risks, and facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design and R&D while driving Agile practices and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical programs (AI, Data, Platform engineering or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML/Data Science development lifecycle (model experimentation, deployment, evaluation etc).
• Experience supporting delivery for software engineering teams (AI/ML/Data/Platform etc).
• Excellent project management skills (planning, backlog/sprint management).

Role overview

Preferred experience

• Experience delivering complex technical programs (AI, Data, Platform engineering or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML/Data Science development lifecycle (model experimentation, deployment, evaluation etc).
• Experience supporting delivery for software engineering teams (AI/ML/Data/Platform etc)
• Excellent project management skills (project planning, backlog/sprint management etc)
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools like Jira, confluence.
• Ability to translate and convey technical concepts/details into clear business updates.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a startup / scale-up or fast paced greenfield project.
• Background in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent.
• 3-4 years experience in a Tech Program / Tech Project or tech delivery type role.

Important Note

This new team is a start-up function operating within a global enterprise organisation, so the early part of this role is supporting the engineering team(s) in getting a structure project management & delivery approach in place and they take various AI initiatives from PoC stage into a launch product/solution provide value to the business.
