We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of large-scale payment, fraud, and AI-powered technology initiatives within a global financial technology environment.

Required Experience

• Experience delivering fraud detection, fraud prevention, or AI/ML-driven fraud solutions.
• Strong Agile and SAFe delivery expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and programs simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in highly regulated, mission-critical environments.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with AI agent development or AI-enabled delivery approaches.
• Knowledge of authorization, authentication, clearing, or payment processing services.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, MS Project, Aha!, Figma, Power BI, Easy BI, Copilot, or similar platforms.
