Job summary

Stripe is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Dublin to guide customers through their first 90 days, focusing on API integration, dashboard configuration, and risk management. You will manage a portfolio of users, deliver hands-on workshops, and drive operational readiness with a focus on eliminating friction and accelerating time-to-revenue.

The role requires strong English, 2+ years in implementation/solutions roles, and the ability to debug code and reason about RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

High professional fluency in English and ability to explain API architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
2+ years of experience in implementation consulting, technical support, or solutions engineering in API/SaaS contexts.
Technical aptitude to read and debug code, and navigate RESTful API environments.
Strong problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to business models.

Responsibilities

Drive time-to-value by managing a portfolio of user implementations and hitting go-live dates.
Deliver technical workshops covering API integration, Dashboard use, fraud configuration, and financial reporting.
Proactively unblock deployments with prescriptive API architecture guidance.
Help clients achieve operational readiness, including dispute management and reconciliation workflows.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Keep knowledge up-to-date on Stripe products and updates to offer current guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding playbooks based on user feedback.
