Job summary

Monograph in Dublin is seeking an Integration Engineer for their Professional Services team. In this role, you will manage the technical relationship with strategic users of Stripe, guiding them from integration discovery through to live use and optimisation of the Stripe platform.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of engineering experience and is able to write code in languages such as Go, Java, or C/C++. You will also need to understand the payments domain and possess excellent communication skills for leading technical discussions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a software engineering or integration engineering role.
• Ability to write and debug code in languages such as Go, Java, C/C++, or similar.
• Comfortable with code-level debugging (both Stripe and user code).
• Strong generalist technical background, including proficiency in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code implementation.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for large users' technical teams.
• Lead strategic technical conversations about Stripe's product and API.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams.

Skills

Software engineering or integration engineering experience

Code writing and debugging in languages such as Go, Java, C/C++

SQL proficiency

Understanding of data structures and algorithms

Knowledge of payments domain and API security principles

Technical conversation leading skills
