Job summary

Stripe in Ireland, Dublin, is seeking a technical support engineer as part of Metronome. You will be on the front lines helping developers integrate our APIs, diagnose issues, and collaborate with Metronome's engineers, customer success, and growth teams.

You will triage escalations, build internal tools to speed up workflows, contribute to a knowledge base, and provide feedback to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B technical support or engineering role.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and providing technical feedback on customer issues.
• Ability to debug and triage bugs and escalations from customers.
• Ability to communicate technical capabilities of the product to customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations via our ticketing system.
• Diagnose issues with observability tools and collaborate with customers via Slack and other channels.
• Develop internal tools to automate customer workflows and improve product coverage.
• Provide feedback to the product team on recurring issues and roadmap implications.
