Job summary

GKR Search and Selection supports an established aircraft leasing platform in Ireland, seeking a Technical Manager to join the technical team. The role offers broad exposure to aircraft transitions, technical oversight and portfolio support, working with cross-functional teams on live leasing activity and strategic initiatives.

You will provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders, maintain asset data and support maintenance reserve administration, while contributing to process

• Support technical oversight of leased aircraft throughout the lease lifecycle, ensuring contractual obligations are effectively managed.


• Assist with aircraft transitions, technical due diligence and maintenance documentation reviews.


• Maintain technical asset data and support maintenance reserve administration and reporting.


• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders across commercial, finance, legal and contract activities.


• Contribute to process improvements and technical systems initiatives that enhance portfolio management.

Requirements

• Strong technical background gained within aircraft leasing, an airline, MRO or a related aviation environment.


• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, equivalent technical qualification, or EASA Part 66 licence.


• Good understanding of aircraft records, maintenance planning, lease transition activity and technical asset management.


• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
