Rhythm Careers is partnering with a well established architectural studio in North Dublin to recruit a Technical Manager. You will lead technical teams, resolve on-site issues, and provide expert input on specifications and detailing for large-scale projects.

The studio operates exclusively with Revit; you should have hands-on site experience, knowledge of Irish building regulations, and strong specification writing skills.

The studio has around 25 people in its Dublin office, plus additional team members across its other studios, and delivers high quality projects across Residential, Data Centre, Commercial, and Hospitality sector and more!We're supporting the studio in their search for a Technical Manager, a senior position within the practice, working closely with the architectural teams to resolve technical issues on site and provide expert input on specifications and detailing.We're keen to speak with candidates from a variety of construction backgrounds, provided they bring hands on site experience, strong specification writing skills, and a solid working knowledge of Irish building regulations.
