Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Technical within our Advisors & Transformation group to partner with business, AI, data, and engineering to elaborate technical requirements that meet product business requirements and align with Mastercard technology standards. The PM-T will build deep knowledge of the Advisors & Transformation group to accelerate consulting through AI and technology.

5+ years in a similar lead/PM role.
Experience managing products, programs, or technology services.
Ability to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
Strong objective definition, success metrics, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis of existing workflows for advisory projects.
Translate business asks into technical requirements for development teams.
Communicate technical requirements to developers and stakeholders.
Define requirements for integrating LLMs, AI services, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
Identify dependencies and impacts of new development work.
Collaborate with development staff on software designs.
Act as a technical consultant for business owners during implementation.
Lead reviews of technical requirements.
Champion AI adoption across the group with tools like Claude, Copilot, CoWork.
