Job summary

Harbourne Associates Ltd. is recruiting a Technical Design Manager in Dublin (Hybrid). You will liaise between Business Development, technical teams and clients, support design discussions, ensure documentation quality, and monitor market trends in building envelope tech.

The role requires strong communication, experience with BIM/Revit and architectural drawings, and offers hybrid work with two days from home. Salary €40,000–€50,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and building regulations.
• Experience with architectural drawing, BIM (Revit) and project specifications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical liaison between Business Development Managers, internal technical teams and clients.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings (virtual and in-person) to support design discussions and technical clarifications.
• Ensure all documentation meets internal quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor market trends and technical developments relevant to the building envelope and specification landscape.
• Support the creation of white papers, CPD topics, and technical presentations under guidance from the Solutions Design Lead.

**Technical Design Manager – Market Leading Construction – Dublin (Hybrid)**

We are currently recruiting for a market leading construction company who are known for their exceptional service to customers and the quality of their products/systems. The company have a strong emphasis on quality, client service and technical excellence. The company have offices worldwide, a strong pipeline of large, bespoke projects and looking for someone to support the delivery of these projects and delivery technical advice.

Role:

You will be responsible for -

• Act as a technical liaison between Business Development Managers, internal Technical teams and clients.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings (virtual and in-person) to support design discussions and technical clarifications.
• Ensure all documentation meets internal quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor market trends and technical developments relevant to the building envelope and specification landscape.
• Support the creation of white papers, CPD topics, and technical presentations under guidance from the Solutions Design Lead.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will -

• Familiarity with sustainable design principles
• Ideally have strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of professionals
• Experience with architectural drawing, BIM (Revit), and project specifications is an advantage

Package:

• Basic Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
