Job summary

Leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy seeks a Senior Architectural Technologist/Technical Lead in Dublin. The role focuses on leading on complex projects, guiding design and delivery across all stages, with site-based involvement beneficial.

The candidate will demonstrate up-to-date Revit skills, leadership within a team, and strong communication. Irish practice experience and a driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• BSc. (hons) in Architectural Technology or similar required.
• 7+ years’ experience.
• Experience in an Irish Architectural or comparable practice environment.
• Experience in all phases of the architectural design process.
• Strong communication skills / Strong team player.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and delivery.
• Full drivers licence and ability to travel to site as required.

Working on projects up to €500,000,000 in value and with a pipeline of 50% Public and 50% Private work, they turn their hand to a diverse range of sectors, from Residential through to Education, Medical, Commercial & Fitout.

The Role:

Our client is looking to add a Senior Architectural Technologist to its ranks to act as the Technical Lead within this tight-knit team.

The successful candidate should be capable of leading on complex projects across all stages of the project’s lifecycle, and having site-based experience is also beneficial.

They will also have experience in assuming a leaderhsip roel within a team setting and should have up to date Revit skills.

Required Background:

• BSc. (hons) in Architectural Technology or similar required
