Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for an onsite Dublin role. The contract is 12 months, with a daily rate of 575 Euros (inside IR35).

The position focuses on Azure cloud leadership, release and deployment management, and enterprise infrastructure oversight. You will lead Azure design and migration efforts, manage vendor relationships, and guide technical teams through architecture reviews and governance forums.

Technical Delivery Lead

Azure Cloud Leadership

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud solutions.
• Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premise to Azure.
• Ensure Azure environments are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.

Vendor Release & Deployment Management

• Coordinate and manage vendor application releases across development and production environments.
• Review release documentation, implementation plans, and rollback procedures.
• Lead deployment activities and ensure successful execution of release schedules.
• Assess release impacts on infrastructure, integration points, and business services.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve deployment issues and technical defects.

Infrastructure Management

• Provide technical oversight of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Lead operating system, middleware, database, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity requirements.
• Manage infrastructure incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis activities.

Technical Leadership

• Act as the technical authority for cloud and infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical teams.
• Define technical standards, design principles, and implementation patterns.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical governance forums.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and third-party service providers.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed quality and security standards.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and escalation support.
