Job Purpose

The role provides support for technical enquiries and continuous improvement projects to enable efficient site production. The role holder will also complete some production administrative duties as required. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager / Operations Director

This job description outlines the general responsibilities associated with the role. Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support for requests and inquiries regarding new business and changes to existing formats
  • Ensure continuous improvement project role out, completion and embedding, including meetings, data collection and reporting of KPIs
  • Compile, analyse, and report production KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery (daily reports, weekly briefings, margin review data, daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting)
  • Produce KPI performance metrics, presentations and other data as required to support operational leads.
  • Find AI solutions for current reporting and data extraction/collection and predictive problem solving

Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, Experience

  • Strong knowledge of folding operations and machine capabilities
  • Yellow belt qualification desirable with experience of involvement in continuous improvement projects and activities
  • Demonstrable experience of excellent communication skills with all levels of the operation
  • Advanced and efficient on the use of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient in the use of AI
  • High levels of professionalism and standard of work
