Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead AI-driven platform initiatives in Ireland's Leinster region. The role focuses on delivering scalable enterprise platforms across AI, data, and UX, working with engineering, architecture, data, and business stakeholders.

You will own roadmaps, translate objectives into epics and features, drive releases, and champion reusable platform capabilities that enable multiple teams and products.

Mphasis is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Strategy, Software Engineering, Data Platforms, AI-driven products, or related technical domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of defining and delivering complex enterprise platforms, working closely with engineering, architecture, data, UX, and business stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and product leadership to drive the development of scalable AI, Data, Agentic, and User Experience capabilities.

• Own product roadmap, and backlog for Platforms spanning across AI, Data, Agentic, and UX enablement capabilities across CNPF.
• Translate business objectives, customer needs, and technology opportunities into actionable product plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive internal stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering across engineering, product, data, UX, architecture, and business teams.
• Define and prioritize epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Lead roadmap planning, release planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities across multiple teams and products.
• Own product decisions and trade-offs while balancing short-term delivery goals with long-term platform strategy.
• Partner closely with engineering and architecture leaders to shape scalable, reusable, and secure platform capabilities.
• Provide product leadership for AI & Agentic Systems, Data Platforms, API Products, Cloud-Native Architectures, and Platform Engineering initiatives.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution direction with a strong understanding of engineering constraints and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for platform reuse, standardization, automation, and developer productivity improvements.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, UX, data, security, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
• Establish success metrics, adoption goals, and KPI frameworks to measure product effectiveness and value realization.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession, continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
• Product-minded and technically credible with the ability to earn trust from engineers, architects, and executives alike.
• Passionate about AI, data, platform strategy, and emerging technologies.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, defining new products, and creating clarity where none exists.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical and business trade-offs.
• Focused on outcomes, customer value, adoption, and measurable business impact rather than feature delivery alone.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive execution across large, distributed organizations.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise platforms, developer tools, data products, AI solutions, or shared capabilities serving multiple teams and products.
