Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to own the technical delivery and architectural governance of a regulated Life Sciences platform. You will lead a team of 9-11 developers across full-stack, cloud, CI/CD and compliance.

You'll be hands-on while guiding engineering teams, performing code reviews, and ensuring high-quality, compliant software delivery in a remote Ireland setup. The role emphasizes collaboration with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer.
• Strong full-stack experience with React and Python.
• Hands-on leadership in AWS services and CI/CD.
• Experience in regulated environments with GxP, FDA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of a full-stack platform.
• Provide technical leadership across React, Python, AWS, CI/CD.
• Own risks, blockers and release planning with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity.
• Mentor developers and promote quality and knowledge sharing.
