Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software operations, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with Cloud, Systems & Infrastructure, and automation engineering.
- Strong communication skills to lead teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Platform / DevOps engineers.
- Define platform strategy and roadmap.
- Own SLIs, SLOs, and incident management frameworks.
