Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Tralee is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead a store section, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage a team, organise daily tasks, and collaborate with the management team to support store operations, planning, stock, and visual merchandising. This is a full-time, fixed-term 6-month contract offering opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department including planning, stock management, planograms, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
