Job summary

Primark Galway is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead a busy retail floor on a fixed-term contract. You will collaborate with the management team to deliver excellent customer experiences, commercial planning, and stock management across your department.

You’ll motivate and coach a team of Retail Assistants, organise daily tasks, and drive sales while maintaining Visual Merchandising standards. This role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with a clear development path.

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Purpose (6 months)

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store - including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.

• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
