Job summary

Primark Castlebar is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store section, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the management team to support daily operations, plan activations, manage stock, and coach a team of Retail Assistants.

You will oversee till areas when required, organise daily tasks, and focus on team development through digital learning and career pathways in a world-leading fashion retailer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations
• Manage an allocated department including commercial planning, stock management, planograms and visual impact
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required
• Organise and lead a team of Retail Assistants with daily tasks
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional store environment and customer experience while maximising sales
• Pursue personal development through digital learning and career pathways to grow within the company

Salary: €47,375

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Purpose (6 Months)

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
