What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and people skillsA positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment
• A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership career
