Pret A Manger at Dublin Airport is seeking a motivated Kitchen Team Leader to run day-to-day kitchen operations, coach staff and uphold Pret's high standards.

You will lead shifts, ensure food safety, manage stock and costs, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture while delivering great food daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts and support daily shop operations.
• Coach team members to build confidence and kitchen knowledge.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to Pret standards.
• Maintain food safety, health & safety and hygiene practices.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, availability and rotation.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff.
• Contribute to reducing waste and controlling costs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and lead by example.
