Job summary

SAP Landscapes, a 50-year Irish landscaping business, seeks a Landscaping Team Leader to lead from the front on Cork City sites. You will organise daily on-site work, ensure safety, and deliver high standards while guiding a hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Safe Pass and full driving licence are essential.
• B+E/C+E, tractor, mini-digger, dumper or horticulture qualifications are an advantage.
• Solid professional landscaping experience and team leadership ability.
• Able to read landscape plans and drawings and communicate with clients.
• Organised, reliable and able to keep a team moving while prioritising safety.

Join a 50-year-old Irish homegrown landscaping business as a Landscaping Team Leader, where you’ll lead from the front, work outdoors and take real ownership of your team and your work.This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be out on site working alongside your team, using your landscaping knowledge to organise the day, solve problems, maintain high standards and make sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.You’ll need genuine professional landscaping experience, a practical approach and the confidence to lead others. You should enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, take pride in getting the job done properly and be someone who wants to keep learning and developing.

Position: Team Leader (Landscapes Department)

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Location: Cork City Area

• Communicates well with both their team and clients.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality.
• Adhere to clients site rules and regulations in relation to Health and Safety.
