Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of landscaping and grounds maintenance duties across multiple sites.
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, strimming, aeration, and seasonal treatments.
• Perform hedge cutting, pruning, trimming, and general plant care.
• Undertake planting projects including trees, shrubs, flowers, and bedding plants.
• Carry out weed control and site maintenance to keep grounds clean and safe.
• Assist with soft landscaping projects and site improvements.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Inspect work areas and ensure tasks meet a high standard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on schedule.

Working with a diverse portfolio of residential developments, commercial properties, and public sector contracts, they have built a strong reputation for professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, our client is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a wide range of landscaping and grounds maintenance duties across multiple sites.
• Maintain lawns through regular mowing, edging, strimming, aeration, and seasonal treatments.
• Perform hedge cutting, pruning, trimming, and general plant care to maintain attractive outdoor environments.
• Undertake planting projects including trees, shrubs, flowers, and bedding plants.
• Carry out weed control and site maintenance to ensure grounds remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Assist with soft landscaping projects and site improvement works.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, power tools, and machinery.
• Inspect work areas and ensure all tasks are completed to a high professional standard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on schedule.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or a similar outdoor environment.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
• Experience using landscaping machinery and garden maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• Safe Pass certification.
• Experience in hard landscaping works such as paving, kerbing, fencing, or decking.
• Horticultural qualifications or relevant industry experience would be an advantage.
