Praxis Care is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a team of Support Workers, coordinating individual support plans and ensuring high-quality care. The role emphasizes leadership, safeguarding, and effective service delivery within a supportive organisational framework.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years in health and social care and QQI Level 5 qualification, with a valid driving licence and strong communication skills. A competitive salary and flexible working hours are offered.
The Team Leader is an integral part of the support team, responsible for meeting the practical, physical, and emotional needs of the individuals we support within the service.
Through a key worker system, they will design individual support programmes and coordinate the delivery of these packages by a group of Support Workers and themselves.
All advertised salaries are based on 39 hours (FTE) and will be pro rata to contracted hours.**
