Job summary

MCMA is seeking a Team Lead for a full-time role in Tipperary to guide a staff team in a residential centre serving young people with ASD. You will work with the PIC to maintain a safe, nurturing environment and promote best-in-class, person-centred care for service users.

The role requires a Level 5 Major Award in care, a full driving license, and leadership experience with vulnerable youths and their families. Competitive salary and ongoing training will be provided.

Team Lead (Full time) - Tipperary

As a Team Lead, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the residential centre, providing guidance, support, and oversight to the staff team. Working closely with the Person in Charge (PIC), you will help create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people can thrive. You will be responsible for promoting high standards of therapeutic residential care, ensuring best practice is embedded across the service, and supporting positive outcomes for the young people in your care. Through effective leadership and collaboration, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional, person-centred residential services.

About the Company:Our client is a specialist provider of residential and community-based services for young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Through evidence-based approaches, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Equine Therapy, they deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and therapeutic environment, with young people and their families at the centre of all decision-making and support planning.

Qualifications & Experience:
