Zusammenfassung

MCMA is seeking a Team Lead for a full-time role in Tipperary to guide a staff team in a residential centre serving young people with ASD. You will work with the PIC to maintain a safe, nurturing environment and promote best-in-class, person-centred care for service users.

The role requires a Level 5 Major Award in care, a full driving license, and leadership experience with vulnerable youths and their families. Competitive salary and ongoing training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector.
• Full driving license.
• Experience of working with vulnerable young people and youth and families in the community or residential setting.
• Previous Leadership/Supervisor Experience & Skill Set

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the residential centre.
• Provide guidance and support to the staff team.
• Work closely with the Person in Charge (PIC) to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Promote high standards of therapeutic residential care and best practice.
• Support positive outcomes for the young people in your care.
